Bayern Munich kicked off their pre-season campaign with a 27-0 friendly win over Rottach-Egern on Tuesday.

Four players scored hat-tricks for Bayern, with Serge Gnabry leading the way with three goals. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Malik Tillman and Mathys Tel also scored three goals each.

The match was Bayern's first under new manager Julian Nagelsmann, who took over from Hansi Flick this summer.

Nagelsmann was pleased with his team's performance, saying: "I'm very happy with the result and the performance. We played very well and created a lot of chances."

Bayern will continue their pre-season preparations with a friendly against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
